Doesn’t matter as long as you are consistent with your schedule. Go to bed and wake up at the same time each day. Even on the weekends if you work.
I think laying down around 9 or 10 and getting up about 7 a.m. for 6 a.m.
Just make sure you get 8 hours a day especially as we get older we really need 8 hours but when I get like 10 or 12 I’m really rested I feel good I remember we don’t always sleep when we think we sleep I had to watch that would tell me that when I woke up and when I was Restless and when I ask you went into a deep sleep try using one of those smart watches someone was not expensive and it will tell you your sleep pattern
