Yes my doctor put me on a no > 2 G of sodium diet yesterday I am struggling today trying not to go over it.

It’s so hard to keep up with numbers and your health it make you depressed

Yes I have a goal for my B/P, my blood sugar, my A1c, my oxygen saturation, my heart rate, my weight, how much sodium I consume, and how many calories I eat in a day.
Then all my meds dosages, names, times to take them, can I eat or drink certain things while on that med.
How to clean my CPAP and on and on.
