Right now I am having trouble linking my husband’s and my appointments on the calendar. I removed him for a while and then put him back on. The problem is, even though his name shows up, appointments he posts don’t appear on my calendar and vice versa. How do K fix it!
It looks like there was an issue with your shared account having duplicated profiles, but we fixed it on our end! We also just sent additional instructions to your Inbox in the CareZone app to help. (To check your Inbox, tap “Home” (bottom left) and the “Inbox” tab at the top).
In General, the CareZone calendar supports viewing events for one profile at a time. To view events for other profiles, follow the steps in the link below to switch between profiles:
