Do we gave to keep the app open and running all day to receive notification? I have allowed notifications. This seems like a waste of battery life.
I have notifications turned on in the app and on my phone, but I still don’t get any notifications.
Hi @biolady! The app does not have to be open to receive notifications. If you’re not receiving your notifications or med reminders, please follow the steps in the link below to fix the issue:
If you continue to have issues after troubleshooting, please send an Inbox message through your app so our support team can investigate and help. Just tap “Home” at the bottom left of your app screen and the “Inbox” tab at the top.
