I really enjoyed that! Taking five minutes to sit, pray, center and offer my day! Relaxing and wonderful!


Praying is very powerful…people don’t realize that.
GOD knows everything we do and watches over us…he loves us more than we could ever imagine…


You are so right! I practice meditation and yoga…both very centering and relaxing!

Sometimes I over load on exercise then I skip a day or too

What is a sit and prey center sounds very interesting
