Good for you! Husband and I are doing 5 days a week for 1 hr,
We go to the gym and do Cardio for 30 mins. and 30 mins. Whole body workout circuit on machines. We feel better the days we exercise. We are start to build our stamina. Wish you luck in your journey to better health.

My husband lost 50 lbs. 2 years ago and I now need to loose 70 pounds. So far no weight loss, but not discouraged. Eating tons of vegetables and fruit little meat and low carbs, low fat diet. If it weren’t for free gym membership through my insurance, we couldn’t afford to go. Keeping my chin up that this will work. God Bless!
