I walk on my treadmill for exercise.
Just need to do it everyday
I use a Fitbit to track my active minutes. I try for at least 70 active minutes a day. I walk during my lunch hour and then walk the dog in the evening. I believe these active minutes are more important than the steps tracked.
I started Cardiac rehab about 9 months ago. It has help alot with my Afib. After having Afib for ten years now my heart is out 77% of the time.

Hi. Ive had open heart surgery to repair 2 of my valves and replace one. My back is in bad shape. Spinal stenosis - Arthritis - psoriatic Arthritis - and to frost the cake i have fibromyalgia. Im 65 so i guess it must be my time. I find relief in Yoga and my phisio really helps if i can go. Or to indulge in a massage is wonderful…
