Because of hemochromatosis I’m unable to take pain meds of any kind - OTC or prescription. Now I am experiencing my hand going to sleep and throbbing from my hand to my elbow. Google says to let your hand hang over the edge of the bed. I can only do that for a short time. Anybody got any ideas
I have read that taking a good complex vitamin B and eating foods rich in the B vitamins can be very helpful with problems like carpel tunnel and other connective tissue diseases.
Try getting a ball or something you can squeeze some. Also if it is really bad just shake it as hard as you can, works for me and my husband. God bless
Use a hand brace as often as possible. Especially at night. Takes getting used to it. Also started to exe my hands wrist and arms.
I’m taking a vitamin B complex. Just got a futuro brace and got a good night’s sleep
I now use a hand brace when I sleep and drive. It’s amazing the results
