Already a Humana member

How can I addthat I am already a Humana member so I can add my mail in rx.

If you are currently not using a prescription service (or would like to switch services): You can place an order for a new prescription through the CareZone app or call 844-792-2739 to speak with an advisor.

If you are already using a prescription service through your insurance provider (and wish to continue using it): Your doctor can submit prescriptions directly to your existing pharmacy (ie. Humana), or call the number on the back of your insurance card.

You can always add your insurance info in the app for your own records, no matter which pharmacy service you use. Just tap the More module and Insurance.
